• Optional paid services such as removal of specific vehicle listings from our platform.

• Providing access to CARFAX reports and vehicle history reports.

All information is provided "as is" and we expressly disclaim any warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data obtained from any sources. You acknowledge that any decisions made based on this information are at your own risk and discretion.

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, you may be asked to provide an email address, phone number, and description of the issue or request. We do not store this information on our servers; rather, it is forwarded to our private Telegram channel, where our team will review and respond to your inquiry. By using the contact form, you consent to this data transmission.

You are responsible for providing accurate information. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

If you wish to bid on an auction vehicle, you will be required to enter into a separate agreement with us. This may include payment of a 15% deposit of the maximum intended bid price. Failure to pay the deposit will result in inability to participate in the auction.

All terms regarding bidding, deposits, and final purchase will be governed exclusively by the individual contract you sign with us. We do not guarantee any specific outcome of auctions, and you acknowledge that auction results are subject to numerous factors beyond our control. We do not assume any liability if the auction outcome does not meet your expectations.

We offer the ability to purchase CARFAX/AUTOCHECK reports and other vehicle history reports on our platform. By purchasing such a report, you agree to the following terms:

• Non-refundable Payments: All payments for CARFAX/AUTOCHECK reports or other vehicle history reports are final and non-refundable under any circumstances once the report has been generated and provided to you.

• Report Delivery: Following successful payment, the report will be delivered to you via your specified email address or through our website. The report is considered delivered at the moment it is sent from our system, regardless of whether you have viewed or opened it.

• Limited Usage: Purchased reports are for your personal use and evaluation only. Distribution, reselling, or commercial use of purchased reports is strictly prohibited.

• Content Disclaimer: The content of CARFAX/AUTOCHECK reports and vehicle history reports is provided by third parties (including CARFAX). We do not guarantee and assume no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information contained in these reports.

• Refund Limitations: After completing the purchase, no refunds will be provided due to:

- Dissatisfaction with report content

- Information found different than expected

- Change of mind about purchasing the vehicle

- Technical issues with opening or accessing the report not reported within 24 hours of purchase

- Claims that the report is incomplete or inaccurate

By making payment for a CARFAX/AUTOCHECK report or vehicle history report, you explicitly acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms, particularly the non-refundable nature of the payment.

We offer a paid service to remove a vehicle listing from our platform. This service may be initiated either by contacting us directly or by clicking a 'Remove Now' button and completing payment via Stripe on our website.

• Removal Explanation: Removing a vehicle immediately and permanently deletes all associated data, including images, pricing, and damage information, from our platform.

• Non-Refundable Fee: The removal fee is non-refundable once the listing is removed, without exception.

• Bulk Removals: For bulk removal requests, please contact us directly for custom pricing.

By proceeding with payment, you expressly agree to these terms and acknowledge that the removal fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse removal services at our sole discretion.

All payments are processed via Stripe, a third-party payment processor, through our website. We do not store or have access to your payment details (such as credit card information). Stripe's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service govern the handling of your financial data.

We are not responsible for any errors, fees, charges, or security breaches arising from or related to Stripe's platform or services. You agree to review and comply with Stripe's terms before making a payment. Any payment disputes must be addressed directly with Stripe according to their dispute resolution procedures.

All services, information, and materials on our website and mobile application are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our website, mobile application, services, or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, or injuries of any kind (including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages) arising from the use of or inability to use our services or content, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Specifically for CARFAX/AUTOCHECK reports and vehicle history reports, we are not liable for decisions made based on information in these reports, including but not limited to decisions to purchase a vehicle, assess a vehicle's value, or determine a vehicle's condition.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website or mobile application. It is your responsibility to check our Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and us shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Bulgaria. You hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Any claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class action. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action against us.

Any disputes regarding purchases of CARFAX/AUTOCHECK reports or other paid services must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of making the purchase. Failure to raise a dispute within this timeframe is considered full acceptance of the service and waiver of any claims related to that service.

All content, data, and information on our platform, including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, vehicle photographs, vehicle information, reports, report formats, designs, software, and any other materials (the "Content"), are the exclusive property of us or our content providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use our application and the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to these Terms and Conditions and does not include the right to:

- Resell, rent, or license the Content

- Distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform any of the Content

- Modify or create derivative works based on the Content

- Use the Content for commercial purposes

- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

• Scraping and Data Collection Prohibition: Use of automated means (including harvesters, bots, scrapers, spiders, etc.) to extract, mine, index, collect, or archive any part of our application without our express written permission is strictly prohibited. This includes any attempts to:

- Extract information from reports

- Download vehicle images

- Reproduce any portion of our application

• Screenshots and Sharing: You may screenshot or share small portions of information from a purchased CARFAX/AUTOCHECK report solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Any such screenshot or sharing must:

- Retain all copyright notices and other proprietary notices

- Be limited to sharing with a small number of individuals for personal consultation

- Not be used for mass distribution

- Not be posted on publicly accessible websites

• Violations: Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your access to our application, legal action for copyright and/or trademark infringement, and/or monetary damages.
